Manage view

Required Test Cases (in order)

• Sign In

Main steps

• Go to Content Administration -> ECM Administration -> Content Presentation -> Manager View

View tab

Create new view

• Click on Add View button -> Add View pop-up appears
• In View Form tab
  • • Enter data in 'Name' field
    • Click 'AddPermission' icon and then select group and membership you want to share
    • Select one of three templates from list
      • SystemView
      • ThumbnailsView
      • ListView
• In Tab Form
  • • Enter data in 'Name' field
    • Check on action you want to add into new tab
    • Click on Save button -> New tab name displays in View Form
• Click Save button in View Form tab to save all

View

• Select a view
• Click on the 'View' icon

Edit

• Select a view to edit
• Click on 'Edit' icon-> Edit pop-up appears
• Do the same when you create a new view but in View Form you can not edit name or permission property

Delete

• Select a view to delete
• Click on 'Delete' icon
• Click Ok to confirm delete, click Cancel to discard

ECM templates

Create new ECM template

• Click on Add button-> Add ECM template pop-up appears
• Enter data in 'Name' and 'Content' field
• Click Save button

Edit

• Select template to edit
• Click on Edit icon-> Edit ECM Template pop-up appears. Content property is displayed in HTML & Groovy script code. You can edit the template properties in pop-up
• Click on Save button

Delete

• Select template to delete
• Click on Delete icon
• Click Ok to confirm delete, click Cancel to discard

BC templates

Create new BC template

• Click on Add button-> Add BC template pop-up appears
• Enter data in 'Name' and 'Content' field
• Select template type
• Click Save button

Edit

• Select template type to edit
• Click on 'Edit' icon-> Edit BC Template pop-up appears. Content property is displayed in HTML & Groovy script code. You can edit the template properties in pop-up
• Click on Save button

Delete

• • Select template type to delete
  • Click on 'Delete' icon
  • Click Ok to confirm delete, click Cancel to discard

Other checks

• Case 1:

o Input: 'Name' field is blank when add new view, ECM or BC template

o Output: A message appears to request that you must enter in 'Name' field

• Case 2:

o Input: Put some special characters in 'Name' field such as: @,#,$,%,&...

o Output: Show message " There are some invalid characters in name!"

• Case 3:

o Input: Not select permission when add new view

o Output: A message shows that " You must select permission"

• Case 4:

o Input: Not input data in 'Content' field when add new ECM Template or BC Template

o Output:A message shows that " The field "content" is required"

• Case 5:

o Input: Not select any properties in Tab Form

o Output: A message shows that " You must add tab"

• Case 6:

o Input: Delete a view when it has been using

o Output: Show message: " Cannot delete (view name): View currently in use"

• Case 7:

o Input: Add new view has the same name with existing view

o Output: Show message: " View name is existing."

• Case 8:

o Input: Add new ECM templates or BC templates that has the same name with existing one

o Output: Show message: " The template name '...' is existing "

• Case 9:

o Input:

• Tab BC templates
• Click icon to edit 1 template
• Select another value for Template Type field

o Output: A template is edited with new template type

• Case 10:

o Input:

• Create user Test is an owner in group Portal/Admin
• Go to Manage drive
  • Set User on Production drive has only Simple View
  • Set access User on production drive permission for *:/portal/admin
• Login by user Test
• Go to JCR Explorer -> Click to select User on production

o Output: Show message " There is not any View applies for your access permission in drive 'User on production''
