Manage Folksonomy Test Case

Edit Folksonomy

Required Test Cases (in order)

Main steps

Go to Content Administration -> ECM Administration -> Ontologies -> Manage Folksonomy

• Click the 'Edit' icon in the row of folksonomy that user wants to edit
• Edit tag style configuration pop-up appears
• Modify properties of this folksonomy:
  • Document range: amount of documents belong to a tag.
  • Style of tag: tag name will has font-size; font-weight; color; font-family; text-decoration that corresponds to the Style name.
• Click Update button. To see detail the style of tag, clicking on the Content Browser

Other checks

• Case 1:

o Input: Input invalid data in 'Document range' field (eg: 1..abc or abc..1 or abc..def or -1..3)

o Output: Show message: "Invalid range. Format of valid range is: a..b with a, b is positive integer. You can use * instead of b to indicate that unlimited."

• Case 2:

o Input: 'Html style' textbox is empty

o Output: Show message: " Your information are not valid or service raised error."

• Case 3:
  • Description: Check displaying tag after add tag for documents
  • Input:
    • Go to ECM -> File Explorer
    • Create some new documents (eg: 3 documents)
    • Add tag for these documents (eg: tag named ABC is added for all 3 above documents)
  • Output:
    • In File Explorer:
      • Click on 'Control sidebar' icon
      • Select Tag cloud: there is a tag list, tag style is the same with the definition style in Manage Folksonomy (in this case is 'interesting' style, style for 2..5 documents)
    • In Browse Content:
      • New added tag is displayed in tags list.
      • Tag style is the same with the definition style in Manage Folksonomy (in this case is 'interesting' style, style for 2..5 documents)
