Tagging Document Test Case
Steps to add tag for document
Required Test Cases (in order)
- Login
Main steps
Go to Content Management -> File Explorer- Select 1 drive that allows to do Add tag function (In this case, I use drive 'Collaboration Center')
- Select tab Collaboration
- Select a document that you want to add tag
- Click on 'Tagging this document' icon-> 'Tagging this document' pop-up appears
- Enter data in 'Tag Names' field
- Click Save button
- Click Cancel button to close this pop-up Note: The tag name has been added is displayed in Linked tags. If you want to assign more tag name, continous to enter other tag name.
Other checks
- Case 1: Test add tag when tag name includes special character
- In put: Input some special characters in 'Tag Names' field such as: @, #, %, &...
- Out put: A message shows that: " Have some invalid characters in tag name."
- Case 2: Test add tag when tag name is blank
- Input: Do not input value to Tag name field
- Output: A message shows that: "Your tag name is empty"
- Case 3: Test add tag for document
- Input: Select a document which available in tree and add tag for it
- Output:
- This document is added tag and Tag name is displayed in Content Browser
- In Content Browser: This document will view when click at Tag name
- Case 4: Test add tag for uploaded node
- Input: Select a node upload which available in tree and add tag for it
- Output:
- node upload is added tag and Tag name is displayed in Content Browser
- In Content Browser: node upload will view when click at Tag name
- Case 5: Test add tag for imported node
- Input: Select a node import which available in tree and add tag for it
- Output:
- node import is added tag and Tag name is displayed in Content Browser
- In Content Browser: node import will view when click at Tag name
- Case 6: Test add tag for a document when users do not have Set property right
- Input:
- Select a document which users do not have Set property right
- Click Add tags icon
- Output: A message shows that 'Access denied. You haven't got edit permission in this node''
- Input:
- Case 7: Test add tag for a document which added in new repo
- Input: In new repository, Create a document and add tag for it
- Output:
- This document is added tag and Tag name is displayed in Content Browser
- In Content Browser: This document will view when click at Tag name
- Case 8: Test add more tag in a document
- Input: Select a document and add about 3 tags(name is aaa,bbb,ccc) for it
- Output:
- There are 3 tags which add for this document and Tags is displyed in content Browser
- In Content Browser: This document will view when click at tag name is aaa or bbb or ccc
- Case 9: Test add a tag for more document
- Input:
- Select a document(AAA) and add tag name is 'test' for it
- Select a document(BBB) and also add tag name is 'test' for it
- Output:
- Both Document(AAA,BBB) is added tag 'test' and Tag 'test' is displayed in content Browser
- In Content Browser: Both document(AAA,BBB)will view when click at tag 'test'
- Input:
- Case 10: Test add tag for a document which added language
- Input: Select a document which added language and do add tag for it
- Output:
- This document is added tag and Tag name is displayed in Content Browser
- In Content Browser: This document will view when click at Tag name
- Case 11: Add tag for document is in 'Check in' status
- Input
- Select a document is in 'Check in' status
- Click icon to add tag
- Output: Show message "You must check out first"
- Input
- Case 12: Add tag for document is locked
- Input
- Select a document and lock this node
- Login by users is not locker
- Select this document and click icon to add tag
- Output: Show message "The item path /… or upper level is locked"
